During the last several years, we've made significant investments in our millwork stocking and door hanging capabilities through the addition of centrally-located Door and Millwork Hubs capable of servicing our locations and customers for a hundred miles in every direction. Today, we're proud to boast twelve of these facilities across our footprint.

These facilities provide our customers with key resources of interior finish goods and doors, available in large quantities, readily available for fast turnaround. The controlled environment we provide for the storage of these products is crucial to maintaining their quality.

In addition to stocking hundreds of the most common trim and millwork profiles, each of our Door and Millwork Hubs is also capable of hanging hundreds of interior doors every day. Couple that with our millwork-focused delivery capabilities and you've got peace of mind as a builder, knowing your interior products will arrive on time and in the condition you expect.

All of these investments into our millwork and door capabilities were made with one goal in mind: serving our customers better. We understand the last stretch of finishing a build can often be the most tedious, so we've built the resources you need to make it a pain-free process.

As such, a major part of our investment at our Door & Millwork Hubs has been on interior door assembly lines. Each of our Door & Millwork Hubs has a door line capable of hanging at least 400 doors per day. In markets where more capacity is needed, we've installed industry-leading KVAL door machines capable of hanging more than 1,000 doors a day. And we will continue to increase our capacities to meet customer demands, because we understand how valuable these products are to your business.

Our door lines are flexible, allowing us to hang doors of various widths in a continuous flow and without having to make any adjustments between doors. 

We're flexible too. We can add whatever pieces your job requires, including hinges, jambs, and casing. If you add everything, installation becomes a breeze.

We take great care to focus on the little things to make sure your door and casing arrive installation ready with minimal effort on your part. We add supports to the casing to prevent any flexing in transit. We secure the door through the edge bore with a special plastic piece, meaning the door never swings open until you're ready to install it.
